Refund & Return Policy

We guarantee that all our products are delivered free from defects in workmanship and materials. If any product develops a defect covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace it at our sole discretion and at no additional cost to you.


How to Request a Return or Refund

Your satisfaction is our priority!
If you’d like to return or exchange one or more items from your order, we’re here to help.

To request a return or refund, please complete and submit the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.
Please note: all returns must be approved before they are processed.


Return Policy

  • We will cover freight charges for returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping discrepancies.

  • Customers will be responsible for freight charges when incorrect order information (item, shipping address, etc.) is provided.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns or credit notes.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

  • New items must be returned within 6 months of purchase.

  • Defective products must be returned within 6 months, and heated garments with batteries within 1 year of purchase.

  • All discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of receiving the order.

  • All sales are final after processing.

  • A 25% restocking fee may apply.

  • A copy of the return authorization and clearly marked RMA number must be included in the package.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the return authorization number.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused.


Refund Policy

  • Upon approval, a credit note will be issued within 3 business days of the RMA approval.

  • This credit can be applied to future orders at your discretion.


Warranty Conditions

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials on all applicable products.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Note: The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

To qualify:

  • Keep your original proof of purchase.

  • Contact us for instructions and an authorization number before sending anything back.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise advised.


Heated Products Warranty

Heated garments and accessories include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing or operational defects in the heating system and battery.


Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, loss of revenue or product replacement costs—that may result from product use.
